PTNKAlum is the global alumni network for graduates of Trường Phổ thông Năng khiếu (PTNK), VNU-HCM. It's a verified community where alumni can find each other by career field, location, and graduation year, send connection requests, message each other in real time, and join groups organized by industry or class year.

Any graduate of Trường Phổ thông Năng khiếu (PTNK), VNU-HCM is welcome. Current senior students in their final year can also sign up and submit verification. Once verified as a real PTNK alumnus, you get full access to the network.

Yes. PTNKAlum is free for every PTNK alumnus, and it will stay that way. We don't charge subscription fees, we don't run ads, and we don't sell member data.

After you sign up, you'll be asked to submit a brief verification request with your graduation year, program, and any supporting documents (such as a scan of your diploma, transcript, or student ID). An admin reviews each request and typically responds within a few days. Until you're verified, you can browse basic alumni profiles but cannot send connection requests or messages.

PTNKAlum uses a three-tier privacy model. Public (to anyone on the internet): nothing — the directory is not crawlable or indexable. Verified alumni (once you're approved): names, profile photos, graduation years, primary career field, and current job titles. Connected alumni only (after you both accept a connection request): email, phone, full career history, education details, precise location, and bio. You can always review and adjust what's shared on your profile.

Browse the directory, search by career field or location, or use the Alumni World Map to find people near you. When you find someone you'd like to connect with, send them a connection request with an optional short message. Once they accept, you'll unlock each other's detailed profiles and can message each other in real time.

Every table in our database uses row-level security, which means the platform enforces access rules at the data layer — not just in the UI. Only verified alumni can see the directory, only connected alumni can see contact details, and admins have audited access for verification and moderation. We use Supabase infrastructure, and we never sell or share member data with third parties.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. We'll generate a full data export for you, then soft-delete your account: you'll disappear from the directory, your connections will be removed, and your messages will be anonymized. You have a 30-day grace period to change your mind and reactivate. After 30 days, all your personal data is permanently deleted from our database.

Yes, current senior PTNK students can sign up. During verification, submit a valid student ID or enrollment document. You'll be marked as a current student until your graduation year, at which point your status updates automatically.

For general questions, email contact@ptnkalum.com. Once logged in, you can also report inappropriate messages directly from any conversation (the report goes to the moderator queue anonymously). For account issues, the Settings page has options for profile updates, notification preferences, language, and account deletion.
